Frequently asked questions.

Do you write HACCP plans from scratch?+

Yes. We start with a site walkthrough, document your process, run the hazard analysis with you, and deliver a complete plan including monitoring and verification forms.

How long does a HACCP project take?+

A small single-product site is typically 2–3 weeks. A multi-product manufacturing site is usually 4–8 weeks including team training and validation.

Will the plan pass BRCGS or FSSC 22000?+

Yes — our plans are built to GFSI-recognised standards from day one. We routinely take clients through successful first-time certification.

Do you maintain the plan after delivery?+

Optionally, yes. Many clients place us on a retained consultancy agreement so we own the annual review, change control and audit support.
