Gap audits

Pre-certification gap analysis against BRCGS Issue 9, FSSC 22000 v6, ISO 22000 or SALSA. Clear roadmap to certification.

Frequently asked questions.

What types of audit do you carry out?+

Internal audits, supplier audits, gap analyses against BRCGS, FSSC 22000, ISO 22000 and SALSA, mock recall tests, traceability tests and pre-certification audits.

How long does an audit take?+

A typical single-site internal or gap audit is 1–2 days on site, plus 2–3 days for the report. Larger sites or full BRCGS gap audits run 3–5 days.

Will I get a useful report or a tick-box document?+

Findings are prioritised by risk, mapped to the relevant clause, and come with practical corrective action recommendations — not just a list of non-conformances.
