The Food Consultancy Group exists to make food safety practical. We are chartered consultants, ex-technical managers and former auditors — people who've stood on production floors, written real plans, and answered to real auditors.

Why we exist.

Too many food safety systems are built to satisfy auditors and ignored by everyone else. We build systems your team will actually use — short, clear, owned by named people, and proportionate to the risk.

That approach is the difference between certification you scrape through and certification you sustain.

Co-founder & Lead HACCP Consultant

Chartered food safety practitioner with 18+ years' experience across UK manufacturing and contract catering. Former technical manager at a top-3 UK retailer's own-label site.

Founder Two

Co-founder & Lead Auditor

FSSC 22000 lead auditor and BRCGS approved trainer. Former QA director with hands-on experience in dairy, bakery and meat processing.
