Approach
Full gap audit against BRCGS Issue 9, complete HACCP rebuild around four product lines, internal audit programme rewritten and executed quarterly, two cycles of mock audit, and on-site support during certification week.
Result
BRCGS Issue 9 Grade AA awarded first attempt with zero major non-conformances. Retailer contract secured. Internal audit programme is now self-sustaining inside the technical team.
